• Pay the $150 Great tax bank participation fee, or purchase a Great Tax Silver, Gold or Platinum package which all include the fee
• Select your bank and complete the bank enrollment form in the Great Tax Software
• Receive approval from the bank and complete an agreement with the bank
• Order your Bank Supplies from the Bank
